Refund & Return Policy

We stand behind Hali10 with a money-back guarantee tied to your supply: 30 days for the single-bottle pack, and up to 90 days for our multi-bottle bundles. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within your guarantee window and we will make it right.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@amaznutrition.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
  2. Our team will reply within 1 business day with return instructions.
  3. Once your request is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional billing cycle for the credit to appear.

Returning your bottles

To qualify, send back your bottles, even empty ones, within your guarantee window. We will provide return instructions when you contact us, and we may ask for your order details to verify your purchase.

Non-refundable

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable. Orders flagged for fraud or policy abuse may be declined at our discretion.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@amaznutrition.com with a photo within 14 days and we will ship a replacement at no cost.
