These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of amaznutrition.com (the "Site") and any purchase from Amaz Group LLC ("Amaz Nutrition", "we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products & dietary supplement disclaimer

Our products are dietary supplements, not drugs. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Content on the Site is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare provider. Consult your physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, taking medication, or managing a medical condition. Individual results may vary.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase from us.

3. Orders, pricing & payment

All prices are in US dollars and shown in full before checkout. We may correct pricing errors, limit quantities, or refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total shown at checkout, including applicable taxes and shipping.

4. Subscriptions / recurring billing

We currently sell one-time purchases only and do not enroll customers in automatic recurring billing. If we introduce a subscription option in the future, the recurring amount, billing frequency, and a clear one-click cancellation method will be disclosed before you enroll, and you may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting support.

5. Satisfaction guarantee

Eligible orders are covered by our money-back guarantee, 30 days for the single-bottle pack and up to 90 days for multi-bottle bundles, as described in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

All Site content, including text, images, logos, and the Hali10 brand, is owned by or licensed to Amaz Group LLC and may not be used without permission.

8. Disclaimer of warranties & limitation of liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
